Hedorah

Hedorah is a sludge spewing deathbeast based out of Detroit Michigan. Created to combat the dying heavy music scene and those that seek to pervert it with synthcore heresy. The staple of their sound: screaming tube amplifiers, low-slung doom/sludge riffs and face-ripping death and grind infusions. The sound is simultaneously modern and still archaically occult in nature. Loud fucking riffs played with power; the way heavy music is supposed to sound.

Anthropophagus - Christ Rots rough live recording

My Death/Doom band Anthropophagus has just put together our first semi-acceptable recording. Due to a shitty mic speaker the vocals are impossible to hear and due to poor positioning, the mix is very bass heavy. Other than that it's a somewhat decent interpretation of the first song off our upcoming EP. Enjoy

Just got an earful of these dudes. Awesome mixture of Doom/Death and Black Metal. Pretty much one of the coolest bands I've found in a while. Definitely essential in any metal heads collection. Here's their myspace.

Rottrevore - Iniquitous

One of the most underrated bands of the 1990's; Rottrevore released one hell of a debut and then proceeded to disappear off the face of the planet. This album comes at you with some of the greatest riffs imagined. This remaster expands the massive sound that initially put this band on the spot. Each riff crushes you while the roiling drums weave in and out of this dimension. This also includes their demo. A must have for any Death Metal fan.
